I have lost my password

No panic required. You can create a new password in a few steps.

1. Go to typedesk.com/password/lost.
2. Enter the email address connected to your Typedesk account.
3. Open the password-reset email from [email protected].
4. Follow the link and choose a new password.
5. Return to typedesk.com/login and sign in.

Password-reset links are valid for 24 hours.

I haven't received the email

Give the message a few minutes to arrive, then:

• Check your spam or junk folder.
• Search your inbox for [email protected].
• Confirm that you entered the correct account email.
• Request another reset email if the previous link has expired.

I don't remember my account email

Search your usual inboxes for previous Typedesk messages.
