How do I change my email address?

New email address? Let's get it updated.

You can request the change directly from the Typedesk web app.

1. Sign in at typedesk.com/app.
2. Open Preferences.
3. Select My account.
4. Enter your new email address.
5. Save the change.

Typedesk will send a confirmation message to the new email address.

One last step

Open the message and select Confirm my email. The confirmation link expires after 30 minutes.

After confirming the new address, sign out of Typedesk and sign in again so the change is recognized by your applications.

I didn't receive the confirmation email

No email yet? Try these quick checks:

• Look in the spam or junk folder.
• Confirm that the new address was entered correctly.
• Make sure the new address is not already connected to another Typedesk account.
• Request the change again if the original link has expired.
