I can't remember my password

I can't remember my login email

Bummer! It's a little trickier, but we can help!

First of all, you should check your usual email accounts and search "typedesk", you may find an email history (if so, this may be the email account you're looking for).

If you still can't figure out which email is linked with your account, please contact us with as many details regarding your account as possible: date of the last charge, last 4 digits of your payment card, exact title of one of your canned response, etc.

Nothing happens / I see an error message
