Can I use my Typedesk account on multiple devices?

Short answer: yes!

Typedesk currently does not enforce a device limit, so you can sign in to the same account on more than one device.

Signing in on a new device should not automatically sign you out of another one.

What about usage limits?

Here's the important part: device access and template usage are two different things.

Free plan: Unlimited templates and up to 50 template insertions per week
Paid plans: Unlimited template usage

The Free plan allowance is counted across the desktop app, browser extension, and web app.
