How can I use my coupon?

Got a Typedesk coupon? Nice! Redeeming it only takes a moment.

1. Go to typedesk.com/redeem.
2. Enter your coupon code.
3. Select Continue.
4. Follow the checkout instructions to complete the redemption.

If the coupon was issued to a specific account, sign in using the email address connected to that account before redeeming it.

Why isn't my coupon working?

A coupon may not work if:

• It has expired.
• It has already been used.
• It was issued to a different Typedesk account.
• It applies only to a particular plan.
• You already have an active subscription that is not eligible for the coupon.

Double-check the code for extra spaces or typing mistakes. If it still refuses to cooperate, contact Typedesk support and include the coupon code and the email address connected to your account.
