Can I reuse a variable multiple times?

Yes. This is especially useful when the same name, reference number, date, or other value appears in several places.

Here is how it works:

1. Add the variable to your template normally.
2. Open the Variables panel.
3. Find Reuse existing variables.
4. Select the variable you already created.
5. Place it wherever the same value should appear again.

When you use the template, Typedesk asks for that information once and applies it to every reused instance.

For example, if a customer's reference number appears three times, you enter it once. Typedesk handles the repetition without making you play copy-and-paste ping-pong.
