Why should I install the browser extension?

The browser extension is a companion app that is a great addition to the apps for Mac/Windows sits in your browser and shows only on compatible websites (for now, only Gmail is activated). But why should you install the extension if you already have the app?

The extension has 2 main benefits:

• It automatically pastes your canned responses in the compose window, meaning you don't have to manually hit Ctrl + V or Cmd + V.
• It automatically picks up Replace Variables like the customer first and last name when available from the window.
